What’s In It For You- Site location:
St. Louis, MO - Full‑time schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift, Saturday through Sunday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m.; 2nd Shift, Wednesday through Sunday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m.
- Competitive hourly wage of $21 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

- Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must obtain a St. Charles, Metro, and Illinois Security License
- Valid driver’s license required
- At least one year of security experience
- Documentation of high school diploma or GED
- Pass a comprehensive screening process
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem‑solving and responsive skills
- Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
- State license if required
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
