Target - 4255 Hampton Avenue - Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist them to resolve issues and provide a smooth shopping experience;
Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner using case management systems;
Operate Target video surveillance system and monitor store activity;
Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support according to AP policies;
Submit documentation in the case management system for incidents and communicate trends to prevent losses
