We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join our team as security personnel, responsible for monitoring premises and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, tenants, and assets. The ideal candidates will possess prior experience in security roles, along with training in self‑defense and first aid. Quick decision‑making and keen observational skills are essential for recognizing suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism.

• Foster a secure environment through proactive patrols, vigilant access control, monitoring, and equipment oversight.
• Maintain a visible presence, engaging with staff, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Act swiftly in response to distress signals, emergency calls, and any incidents, ensuring prompt and appropriate action.
• Uphold the integrity of the company by adhering to professional standards and legal requirements.
• Work collaboratively with fellow security officers to guarantee comprehensive coverage and protection.

• Conduct foot patrols of the property, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, buildings, entrances, and the perimeter, regardless of weather conditions.
• Investigate incidents and take lawful actions as outlined in corporate policy regarding accidents, safety concerns, and suspicious activities.
• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment and perform thorough inspections of buildings and equipment.
• Manage access points by controlling entry, addressing trespassers, and overseeing traffic during peak hours.
• Complete daily logs that capture key information, observations, surveillance data, and necessary signatures.
• Secure all entry points, including doors and windows, as required during shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer use and a willingness to learn new software or systems
• Registered security officer certification preferred
• Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems
• Proven track record as a security officer
• Positive and helpful demeanor
• Military or law enforcement background strongly preferred
• Certifications in first aid, CPR/BLS, and self‑defense are a plus
