As a Security Officer Driver for Patrol in Saint Louis, MO
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as commercial real estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine vehicle and/or foot patrols, and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents. Pay Rate: $20.04 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Tue 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Wed 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Thu 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM
Fri 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report security‑related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help observe visitor activity, support authorized access, and report suspicious behavior and/or maintenance issues.
  • Assist with daily operations at the location by following post orders, completing required reports, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least one year of security‑related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Drug screening for employment is required to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
