Starting Pay: $ per hour (depending on site and experience) with unlimited long‑term earnings potential as part of GCI’s Fast‑Track Leadership Program

We serve private neighborhoods, corporate offices, retail properties, industrial sites, and more — delivering proactive protection through visible presence and responsive service.
OBJECTIVES- Maintain a high‑visibility presence to deter crime and reinforce client peace of mind.
- Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols to monitor premises, secure perimeters, and identify safety concerns.
- Observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards promptly and accurately.
- Provide friendly, professional interaction with residents, guests, employees, and the general public.
- Enforce site‑specific policies and procedures while maintaining GCI’s standards of courtesy and respect.
- Write clear, detailed incident reports and daily shift logs using GCI’s reporting systems.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, or incidents with calm, sound judgment and professionalism.
- Assist emergency personnel as needed and communicate effectively with law enforcement when required.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the GCI brand with integrity at all times.
- Stay alert, aware, and present — minimizing distractions while on duty.
- Prepare each post for success by arriving on time, following post orders, and completing all shift responsibilities.
- Communicate regularly with field supervisors and dispatch to ensure seamless coverage and quick response.
- Participate in ongoing training to build professional skills and prepare for advancement opportunities within GCI.
- Demonstrates consistent professionalism in appearance, behavior, and communication.
- Maintains situational awareness and remains alert in all environments.
- Communicates clearly, calmly, and respectfully — both verbally and in writing.
- Uses sound judgment to assess situations and respond appropriately under pressure.
- Follows instructions with precision and takes responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Treats all individuals with respect and fairness

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Prior security, military, or customer service experience is a plus,
but not required. - Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
