As a Security Ambassador – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

St. Louis, Mo - Set schedule:
Full-time, Wednesday through Thursday 3rd shift 11p.m. to 7a.m. and Friday through Saturday 3rd shift 11p.m. to 11a.m. - Competitive hourly wage of $21 per hour based on experience (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)
- You must have 3-5 years experience in security operations centers or in travel risk programs

- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property - You will work in a centrally managed, 24x7 team that monitors alarms, access control and camera platforms
- You will monitor and triage incoming communication streams
- You will be a critical first point of contact for security and safety related incidents around the globe.
- You will monitor world events that could impact our employees and assets
- You will use established procedures and protocols to respond to incidents and alarms
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Strong report writing skills
- Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
- Strong proficiency with technology
- If you have Security Operations or GSOC experience – even better!
- You have strong computer skills
- You can quickly learn various software tools
- You are great at multitasking
- You have strong customer service skills
- You have a state license if required
