SSM Health - 1201 Grand Blvd - Responsibilities:
Protects property and staff by conducting interior and exterior rounds, observing for safety and security issues, theft, and monitoring of parking lots;
Provides door checks, assists with disruptive individuals, escorts staff and clients when requested, and ensures safety of elevators and lighting;
Responds to overhead pages or requests for assistance, escorts emergency personnel through the building, and provides post-mortem services;
Observes and reports security concerns, completes incident reports and shift logs, and communicates with clinical staff;
Monitors and investigates incidents using video management system; may operate a patrol motor vehicle
