Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related observations and/or actions;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor for unauthorized access, assist with visitor and staff directions, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Support a professional environment by communicating with patients, visitors, staff, and first responders during routine operations and/or urgent situations
