Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service while working in office towers, hotels, shopping centers and other environments.

• Welcome and verify visitor identity
• Guide visitors and provide assistance
• Manage access control procedures
• Perform regular patrols and identify potential risks
• Inspect and report security equipment maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive security screening process
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Prior experience in security, military or law enforcement is advantageous
• State security license if required

• Hourly wage: $19 per hour
