Salary Range: $24 - $26 per hour

Responsible for being on site for resident requests and emergencies on third shift (8 p.m. to 8 a.m.).

Promptly respond when called to assess the situation and contact appropriate individuals. Handle light maintenance/janitorial emergencies. Completely secure campus by checking doors, lights and ground area on a nightly basis. Make regular rounds of buildings. Complete reports of nightly rounds and occurrences during assigned shift. Assist with projects and miscellaneous other duties as assigned. Pay attention to and perpetuate the core values and mission of Villa St.

Benedict.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related area with little direct supervision
• Experience using tools and equipment required for this position
• Basic understanding of computers
• CPR/AED certified
• First Aid certified
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

• PERC helpful
