Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related activities appropriate to a financial services location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and note unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and document security-related concerns according to post instructions;
Prepare clear reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and support emergency response actions and evacuation procedures when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed
