Concierge Security - Access Lobby

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer.

We are looking for a Security Guard to provide concierge services across various environments, such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. A high focus on customer service is essential.

  St. Louis County, St. Louis, MO
• Schedule:
  
  Part‑time, Saturday 1st shift 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred
• State license if required

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment has been extended.
