Provide fire, safety, and security protection for Mercy's coworkers, patients, and visitors. Promote and practice fire and safety prevention. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details MinimumRequired Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma
- 18 years of age or older
Licensure:
- Valid State driver’s license
- Valid local, state, or federal Public Safety/Security licensure as required (within 30 days of hire)
Experience:
- Passing score on Functional Job Screening
Certification / Registration:
- Complete Basic 16hr Public Safety/Security course within 90 days of hire (may be completed as part of licensure)
Other Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to read and write the English language

- College degree
Licensure:
- Valid local, state, or federal Public Safety/Security licensure as required.

- Previous Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
