Security Officer Lobby Monitor

Location: St. Louis

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and security-related policies for a financial services location.;
Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor access according to site guidelines, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures when needed.;
Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns.;
Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
