Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify concerns and support site protocols.;
Monitor access points, observe activity, and document security-related issues, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to post instructions.;
Support emergency and routine operations by assisting with directions, de-escalation, and communication during alarms, disturbances, and/or other site events.
