In this stationary role, you will help monitor access, support security-related procedures, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Tue: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Thur: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, front desk protocols, and security‑related policies for a financial services location.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify identification and/or visitor access according to site guidelines, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and following emergency response procedures when needed.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence while helping to deter unauthorized access and other security‑related concerns.
• Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation accurately and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
