Overview
As a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator, you will manage real‑time interactions and interventions during critical security events, verify alarms, conduct video verification, de‑escalate incidents, and communicate with customers and emergency personnel while maintaining calm professionalism.
Shift Hours & PayPosition requires availability between 4:30 p.m.–1 a.m.; shifts are 8–10 hours with flexible scheduling. Base pay is $22.00 per hour plus shift differentials: +$0.50 for 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., +$1.00 for 9:01 p.m.–6:00 a.m., +$1.00 for weekends. Monthly performance bonus up to $1,000. Base monthly attendance bonus up to $250 (capped at $3,000 per year). 3 weeks paid vacation and 10 days paid sick time.
Full benefits effective Day 1.
- Conduct remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations to identify vulnerabilities.
- Provide virtual security escorts during business opening, closing, or upon request.
- Communicate with customer sites using two‑way audio/video technology and follow customer instructions.
- Verify alarm signals through phone calls and video, notify appropriate personnel.
- Dispatch and coordinate emergency services (police, fire, medical) as required.
- Manage live audio interactions during incidents, using authority and clear communication.
- Handle loitering, trespassing, and other violations requiring de‑escalation.
- Document all interactions and follow‑up actions; generate detailed incident reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the automation system.
- Assist with alarm support such as arming, disarming, and resetting alarms.
- Adhere to company policies, the Interface Employee Handbook and Safety Manual.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professionalism and care.
- Strong active‑listening abilities and calm demeanor under high‑pressure situations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple security events simultaneously and make rapid decisions.
