Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Wed 03:00 PM - 09:30 PM;
Sat 03:00 PM - 09:30 PM

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. You may work part-time hours this week and full-time the next, depending on availability.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and deter theft, trespassing, and/or other disruptive behavior through visible presence and professional interaction.
• Support retail location operations by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious activity, and by assisting with closing procedures or after-hours checks when assigned.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
