We are hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide customer service and security in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with visitors and staff.

  We have 3 shifts available
• Full‑time, Saturday to Wednesday 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Part‑time, Saturday to Sunday 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Part‑time, Saturday 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.57 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• You can operate a motor vehicle
