Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records in accordance with site procedures
