Position: Security/Overnight Houseperson
Starting Salary Range: $15.50-$16.50/hour or more based on experience.
Wage Increases: New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days

Shift: Wednesday-Thursday 3pm-11pm. Friday-Saturday 10:30pm-6:30am, schedule may change based on need.

• Patrol hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, investigate suspicious activity, and conduct security checks.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and emergency situations professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the front desk and management team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local safety regulations, reporting any incidents as necessary.
• Assist with emergency response procedures and coordinate with local authorities when required.

• Previous experience in security or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as patrolling, standing for extended periods, responding quickly to emergencies, and lifting, pushing, or carrying supplies.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while also supporting a team.
