Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and public areas, observe and report unusual activity, and maintain accurate daily activity and incident documentation.;
Assist with directing visitors and supporting orderly operations at government transportation locations while maintaining a professional presence.
