Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, sales floor, stock areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to deter theft, trespassing, and disruptive behavior while maintaining a professional presence;
Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by reporting suspicious activity, assisting with access control, and communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel
