Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.;
Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and promptly.
