Location: St. Louis
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Staff a front desk location, greet visitors, verify identification, manage visitor registration, and provide directions or general campus information.;
Monitor building access and entry activity, issue visitor credentials and/or access materials as directed, and report unusual activity or concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.;
Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications related to visitors, deliveries, access requests, and security-related incidents.
