Retail Security Flex Officer

Andy Frain Services, a trusted security provider for a leading financial institution, is seeking a Retail Security Flex Officer to protect customers, employees, and assets across multiple retail banking and insurance locations. In this role, you will conduct interior and exterior patrols, monitor access and CCTV, deter theft and fraud, respond to incidents, and assist with emergency procedures. You will flex between sites and shifts as needed, providing visible security presence while delivering professional, customer-focused service in a fast-paced financial retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence at retail banking and insurance locations
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to protect people and property
• Monitor access control points and CCTV systems
• Deter theft, fraud, and suspicious activity through proactive observation
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and alarms following company procedures
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Support emergency response, evacuations, and safety drills
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service to clients and visitors
• Flex between assigned sites, schedules, and shifts as operational needs change
• Liaise with client management and, when necessary, law enforcement
