Crew Member, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity with a dynamic team? We are a leading line striping company in Saint Louis! We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Crew Member to assist in the maintenance and installation of pavement markings, pavement markers, traffic signs, stencils, and other traffic control-related equipment.

• Competitive pay of $20-$30 per hour, based on experience.
• Seasonal full-time position;
  March 1st – November 1st.

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications as required to lay out unmarked pavement markings.
• Assist with daily unloading and loading trucks using specialized ramps.
• Perform daily tasks including setting up work zones and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Operate line striping machines and related tools.
• Apply stencils and pavement markers accurately.
• Maintain, drive and inspect heavy equipment for proper functioning.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Support overall operational needs and help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Previous striping experience preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Professional appearance.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record preferred.
