Position Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our company delivering top-notch service, repairs, and installations directly to our customers. Your work will help us maintain high customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and grow our reputation for quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose errors or technical issues and determine effective solutions
- Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Collaborate with the production team and share information as needed
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- English literacy and good communication skills, bilingual is a plus, not mandatory
- Valid driver’s license required, be able to pass a drug and background check
Experience in the following is a plus:
