SERVICE TECHNICIAN - COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL

Our Culligan dealership is looking for commercial & industrial service technicians to service our existing commercial and industrial customers. Our service department is essential to support our customers after the sale as well as a valuable sales tool when selling new business.

As a Commercial & Industrial Service Technician you will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial and industrial water treatment equipment systems, including water softeners, reverse osmosis machines, filtration equipment, and other related equipment. PLUMBING experience is a plus but not required. You will be physically moving and working in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants and production areas.

You will use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues that arise throughout your day. Previous water treatment experience is preferred.

Our Commercial & Industrial Service Technicians are a fundamental part of our dealership’s success providing face-to-face customer service to our existing and prospective customer base, as well as representing the Culligan brand to the community. They also communicate vital information to other dealership departments.

• Previous experience in commercial/industrial water treatment and/or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or a mechanical-related industry
• Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of hydronic, electrical and mechanical equipment – “how things work”
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently; strong critical thinking
• Ability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (ability to move product up to 185 lbs)
• Professional verbal and written communications skills
• 1+ year working experience in a customer service, customer-focused position
• Valid MO driver’s license
• Safe driving record (will be checked)
• Must pass DOT physical exam

• Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner
• Service, install and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment
• Maintain a professional attitude within accounts with all customers
• Promote and sell other Culligan products and services

• Monday – Friday
• 8-hour shift within the hours of 6 AM – 6 PM; some days may exceed 8 hours
