iHail Repair is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Service Technician to join our St. Louis team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, learning trade skills, and helping customers restore their homes after storm damage. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training.

• Assist with residential storm restoration projects, including roofing, siding, and exterior repairs
• Inspect properties and assist in documenting damage for repair
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Support lead technicians and project managers with daily tasks
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow company procedures and OSHA safety standards

• Entry-level position — no prior construction or restoration experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors
• Comfortable working at heights when needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• $18–20/hour based on experience
