Job Description

You'll support daily maintenance operations and ensure units and common areas are safe, functional, and resident-ready. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting abilities and reliable work habits.

Key Responsibilities

• To complete basic apartment repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry)
• To troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders
• To assist with unit turns and general upkeep
• To maintain grounds and common areas as needed
• To use personal tools while performing daily tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• Must have own tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ready for immediate start

Schedule & Pay

• Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• $18/hr
• Contract-to-Hire
