Job Description

You'll support daily maintenance operations and ensure units and common areas are safe, functional, and resident‑ready. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting abilities and reliable work habits.

Key Responsibilities

* To complete basic apartment repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry)

* To troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders

* To assist with unit turns and general upkeep

* To maintain grounds and common areas as needed

* To use personal tools while performing daily tasks

Required

Skills & Qualifications

* Apartment maintenance experience

* Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs

* Must have own tools

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

* Ready for immediate start

Schedule & Pay

* Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
* $18/hr
