Commercial Roof Repair Technician

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc. is a nationwide leader in the commercial roofing industry. We specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of roofing systems. With a commitment to excellence and safety, we are looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Roofing Service Technicians.

We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Commercial Roofing Service Technicians to provide high-quality repair and maintenance services on commercial roofing systems nationwide. The ideal candidate will have experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal roof systems. We are also willing to train individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills.

• Diagnose and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal.
• Perform repairs according to industry standards and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Work professionally with onsite contacts and communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel regularly to job sites; per diem benefits are provided for travel.
• Maintain company-provided tools and equipment.
• Utilize smartphones and mobile devices for work-related tasks, including accessing job info, printing, emailing, and scanning documents.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (background check required).
• At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel 100% for job assignments.
• At least one professional reference must be provided.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile technology, or willingness to learn how to use mobile devices for tasks such as printing, emailing, and scanning.

New hires will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program, where they will travel with experienced technicians to learn the ins and outs of the trade. Travel is required for these training sessions.
