HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join a growing residential and light commercial service team. HVAC Service Technician Requirements & Qualifications:

• HVAC certification/license or equivalent work experience required
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality workmanship

Preferred Background & Skills:

• Prior experience with diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, ventilation)
• Experience with preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Familiarity with smart thermostats and system enhancements
• Comfortably educating customers on system care, upgrades, and long-term reliability
