Position SummaryCliff Construction LLC is seeking a full-time Construction Laborer / Remodeler to perform on-site work across various St. Louis area projects. This position offers 30 to 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Specific days and hours may vary based on project needs. Optional weekend work may be available.
This role involves a wide range of construction and remodeling tasks, including carpentry, framing, and finish work. Additional responsibilities may include drywall installation, siding, concrete work, and general labor duties. Hands-on training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general construction and remodeling tasks
- Assist with framing, carpentry, and finish carpentry work
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Support drywall, siding, and concrete projects as needed
- Follow project plans and maintain quality workmanship standards
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Strong measurement and basic math skills
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Finish carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Experience in drywall, siding, or concrete work is a plus
- Reliable transportation required
