McDonald's - - Responsibilities:
Keep a facility operating and repair any problems as discovered;
Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage (windows, doors, or walls);
Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore water fixtures;
Work on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs;
Maintain building HVAC equipment to keep climate control functioning properly
