• You are technically skilled and experienced in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of residential equipment. You enjoy learning, keep your knowledge current and take pride in being at the top of your profession.
• You have either a St. Louis County license or a minimum of + 3 years of in-field HVAC service and/or installation experience with a licensed residential HVAC company.
• You present a professional demeanor and focus on client needs in a kind, empathetic and communicative manner.
• You are honest, diligent, polite, communicative and a team player.

• Great Pay consistent with Experience! $44 to $56 per hour for licensed technicians and $32 to $42 + per hour for apprentices depending on skills and experience.
• A guaranteed paycheck all year. No sitting at home on a slow winter week without a paycheck for at least 32 hours (28 for apprentices)!
