Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, St. Patrick Center is seeking a Facilities Specialist to perform maintenance duties and keep the center’s facilities secure and operational. The Specialist will use skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work to support a safe and welcoming environment for all who benefit from the Center’s services. Core working hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure all facilities are safe, secure, and in a functional state.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- 2 weeks of paid time off with an additional 4 personal days annually.
