Residential HVAC Service Technician | $30-$60 hourly | Local Service Area Sign-On Bonus of up to $10,000 + No On-Call Requirement
Vitt Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians who have a desire to grow their skillset. This role focuses on service, maintenance, and customer-facing diagnostics and working independently on a consistent residential route.

- Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose issues and complete system startups and adjustments
- Communicate clearly with customers on findings and recommendations
- Test systems to ensure proper operation after service
- Document work performed and parts used
- Work independently while maintaining high service standards
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your day
