Overview
Hands-On & Hardworking? Join Our Team as an Installation Assistant! Absolute Stone Craft, a premier natural stone fabricator and installer, is looking for a dedicated Installation Assistant to join our growing team. This is an incredible opportunity to learn a skilled trade and contribute to creating stunning granite installations. In this vital role, you ll work closely with our Lead Installer, playing a crucial part in every project from start to finish.

- What You ll Do
- Support Installations: Assist the Lead Installer with precise installation of granite countertops, safely carrying, lifting, and positioning materials.
- Keep Sites Pristine: Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites by setting up/breaking down work areas and managing waste.
- Manage Tools & Materials: Ensure all necessary tools and materials are loaded, unloaded, organized, and readily available for the installation team.
- Learn & Grow: Assist with cutting, polishing, and finishing stone under supervision, developing valuable skills in the stone industry.
- Be a Team Player: Follow instructions, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Prioritize Safety: Adhere to all safety policies and use proper protective equipment to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.
- Deliver Excellence: Help us provide a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
- What We re Looking For
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs.) on a regular basis.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude—always looking for ways to contribute.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction materials is a plus, but not required (we ll train you!).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
. - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
- Compensation
: $20 - $28 hourly
