Shift -Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – $1,500.00 Sign on Bonus

(Payable after 3 months, 6 months, and one year in $500 increments)

Full‑Time – Day Shift: 12 hour shifts – 3 days one week, 4 days the next week.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts (day or night) and occasional overtime
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a team‑first attitude
