Our Journeyman Installer is responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. This role includes leading a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and delivering high‑quality work in compliance with code requirements and company standards.

• Supervise and lead installation on HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Install HVAC equipment in accordance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices.
• Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.

• Five years of HVAC installation experience (Required).
• St. Louis County HVAC Journeyman License (Required).
• EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems, and ability to read diagrams and blueprints.
• Clean and safe driving record;
  Missouri‑licensed drivers must have a Class E endorsement.

Pay: $34.00+ per hour. Job Type: Full‑time.
