Construction Lead – Bath/Shower Installers.

We offer a 40‑hour work week, overtime pay at 1.5x, and a total compensation range of $65,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonus potential including bi‑monthly quality bonuses.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a job from start to finish, including supervising an apprentice installer.
• Use technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
• Interact professionally with customers.
• Carry out construction tasks in bathroom remodeling: carpentry, demolition, tile work, framing, plumbing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience, preferred bathroom remodeling.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. consistently.
• Pass a DMV check for insurance purposes.
