Carpenter

Trillium Construction is seeking Carpenters near Sullivan, MO.

Job Duties:

• Read blueprints
• Understand job site safety
• Manage project timelines and communicate needs with leadership effectively
• Problem solving skills
• Managing and working with crews of 2-5 / Maintain morale, steady pace, identify report personnel issues
• Basic understanding of mechanical / electrical / plumbing / painting
• Rough carpentry
• Framing (wood and metal studs)
• Hanging drywall
• Residential and commercial

Pay rate is up to $35/hour.

Schedule:

Mon - Fri, 40h/week.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience preferred
• Residential and commercial experience
• Basic flooring & trim experience
• Does not need to be finish carpenter
• Interior demo experience
• Skid steer experience
• Some concrete experience
• Pre-employment screenings

Preferred skills & experience:

• Basic estimating
• Superintendent experience
• Significant concrete / foundation
• Heavy equipment
• Excavation / grading
• Drywall taping
• Plumbing
• Roofing
• Structural steel
• 1-2 stories
• Welding
• Light duty, railing, etc. non structural
• CDL
