CDL A ‑Mix Driver & Concrete Finisher

About the Role

Based in St. Louis, MO, you’ll split your day between the road and the pour. As a CDL A professional, you’ll deliver concrete safely to sites across the metro area, then roll up your sleeves to help set forms and finish the work alongside the crew.

• Begin with thorough pre‑trip inspections and end with careful post‑trip checks to keep equipment compliant and reliable.
• Drive a CDL A concrete truck to scheduled locations, navigating safely and following all regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with site foremen and crews upon arrival to align delivery timing, staging, and site access.
• Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete—curbs, forms, blocking, and concrete setup included.
• Set up and break down forms and manage job site materials efficiently.
• Operate dump trucks and transport materials when applicable.
• Support a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Pitch in with loading and unloading as needed and maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Provide attentive customer service and help foster strong client relationships.
• Drive company vehicles to and from project locations, maintaining safe, productive work practices throughout.

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record (required).
• Concrete finishing experience preferred; CDL A expertise is the priority.
• Background operating concrete trucks or similar heavy‑duty vehicles preferred.
• Solid understanding of transportation safety standards and best practices.
• Flexibility for early mornings and some weekend work.
• Clear, professional communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
