This full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Installer role is based in St. Louis, MO. The installer will assemble, install, and replace residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting technical diagrams, setting up ductwork and piping, performing system start-ups, and verifying proper operation and efficiency. The role also involves diagnosing installation issues, coordinating with service technicians, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and communicating clearly with customers about system use and basic maintenance.

The installer will adhere to company procedures, safety standards, and relevant codes while supporting overall customer satisfaction.

• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  , including clear communication, professional conduct, and respect for client property.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify installation and system performance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Current or attainable EPA certification for handling refrigerants in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems, including installation adjustments, component replacement, and system optimization.
• Skills in Preventive Maintenance
  , such as routine inspections, cleaning, and performance checks to ensure long-term system reliability.
• Working knowledge of HVAC tools, materials, and safety practices, including lockout/tagout and proper use of PPE.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Physical ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces or on ladders, and perform tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Prior HVAC installation experience and relevant technical training or certification preferred.
