Job Overview

Anzac Developments LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Carpenter to join our growing team. In this role, you will craft, install, and perfect the finishing elements that transform structures into homes, businesses, and community spaces. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about quality craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork - someone ready to build something great together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Measure, mark, and cut building materials to precise specifications.
  • Install, repair, and maintain both rough and finish carpentry structures.
  • Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools.
  • Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality.
  • Transport materials between multiple job sites as needed.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and vendors.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Meet project schedules without compromising craftsmanship.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven 5+ years of experience as a carpenter or similar role in construction.
  • Advanced knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques and standard framing.
  • Willingness to train and mentor others.
  • Ability to supply your own carpentry tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Physical ability to lift 75 lbs., stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and work hands-on.
  • Professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy in all work settings.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance and high standards of work.
  • Strong time‑management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional professional training or certification in carpentry preferred.
  • Weekly pay cycle.
