Construction Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Specialist to join our growing residential remodeling team. You’ll be responsible for small to mid-sized renovations to get the property market ready for STL Reno for Single Family homes and Apartments in the greater St Louis area. This is a W-2 full-time position with consistent work year-round. Most jobs are pre-sold remodels — no chasing leads or quoting jobs.

You’ll work alongside a professional team including construction specialists, electricians, and project managers

• Prepare painting surfaces and apply paint to various surfaces.
• Install cabinets, toilets, fixtures, outlets, etc.
• Perform finish work with quality
• Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs as needed only.
• Perform various production tasks on site including jobsite clean up
• Perform minor exterior improvements such as landscaping, gutter clean out, and fence repairs.
• Ensure all work is up to standard
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades on schedule and execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during remodels
  
  Maintain clean, safe job sites and company standards of quality

• Residential remodeling experience
• Strong understanding of construction
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors, in crawlspaces, basements, and attics as needed
