Cultivation Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled and committed Cultivation Maintenance Technician to ensure our cultivation facility operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical in maintaining our cannabis cultivation environment, ensuring that all equipment, systems, and structures are functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on maintenance experience and a proactive approach to solving technical and mechanical challenges in an agricultural production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on facility infrastructure, HVAC systems, irrigation equipment, and grow lights.
• Operate power tools and equipment to repair or improve grow rooms and greenhouse facilities.
• Perform welding, carpentry, and minor electrical repairs as needed.
• Maintain, repair, and optimize irrigation systems to ensure precise water distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cultivation environment, including the upkeep of tools and storage areas.
• Collaborate closely with the cultivation and production teams to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance roles, ideally within agricultural or horticultural environments.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and irrigation systems.
• Familiarity with standard safety procedures and protocols in a cultivation setting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules, and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
