Audio Visual Technician Level 2 is a mid-level position requiring demonstrated competency in operating AV equipment, including advanced skills like seamless switching, camera operation, and LED wall setup. They also handle hybrid and virtual event setups, and may be involved in lighting equipment.

• Equipment Operation:
  Proficient in setting up and operating various AV equipment, including audio, video, projection, lighting, and control systems.
• Hybrid and Virtual Events:
  Experience with managing and supporting technology for hybrid and virtual event formats.
• Advanced AV Techniques:
  Strong in areas like seamless switching, camera operation (advantageous), and LED wall setup and programming.
• Lighting:
  Knowledge of lighting control consoles and ability to work with lighting systems.
• Problem Solving:
  Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently under pressure.
• Customer Service:
  Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Presentation:
  High standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
• Other Potential Responsibilities:
  May include camera setups, video and data networking, and rigging tasks (depending on the role and location).

• Primarily works in a hotel/convention center environment, potentially exposed to a range of noise levels and conditions.
• May be required to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• May be required to work at multiple hotel locations.
